Papaya for Breakfast (a NEW take on a Yogurt Bowl)

Papaya Breakfast | Wake the Wolves

As mentioned in an earlier post, papaya is an awesome fruit to add to your diet. It’s loaded with fiber, vitamins, and is known for many anti-cancer properties and digestive enzymes for a happy belly.

Start your day with this no-cook PAPAYA for breakfast yogurt bowl. It even makes for an amazing dessert.

½ papaya
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup nuts, chopped

  1. Wash, slice, and de-seed a papaya (NOTE: be sure to save the seeds to make this easy, salad dressing).
  2. Scoop ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt into one half of the papaya.
  3. Top with chopped nuts.
